Having left Plymouth University achieveing a BA in design , I found myself working a 9-5 job as a letting agent. In 2017 I decided to hand in my notice to put my degree to good use and pursue my passion for Ceramics as a career... I decided it was now, or never!

My works have since sold at various galleries from Cornwall to the USA, all crafted from my home studio in Cornwall.

Since 2019, its been a busy few years. We moved house to a multi-generation smallholding (lots of animals and a new studio to build)!  As if this wasn't enough of a challenge... Dots (age 4) and Sid (Age 2) have now joined the team; often found getting clay covered hands in the studio!

I had so much support from my original work, but with all the changes in my life I felt it was a good time to freshen up the ceramics with a new line of works.

The new range remains wheel thrown porcelain that now offers vibrancy with a nod to the seasonal tones of our local Cornish countryside and seaside landscapes. The aim is to create tactile pieces of functional artwork that offer joy in the contrast of textures and colours.  The smooth porcelain remains unglazed at the bottom of my works, once fired and polished, this produces a smooth stone like finish prefect for wrapping your hands around while enjoying a cup of tea!

I hope you enjoy my works as much as I enjoy creating and owning them myself!
